Ramshot TRUE BLUE Powder
A very fine spherical powder, perfect for 9 MM loads in "all" weights from 65-147 grain.  This powder is best suited for anything in 9MM.  If this powder is not the best 9MM powder you can buy, its top 5 place is secured without a shadow of a doubt.

More True Blue fits in the case than you ever need with any 9 MM bullet

True Blue left, Silhouette mid, HS-6 right.  There is no question True Blue is cleanest.

True Blue left, Silhouette mid, HS-6 right.  There is no question True Blue is cleanest.  HS-6 is dirty.  True Blue one of cleanest powders you can buy in 9MM up there with Shooters world Major Pistol (D037.1)

Ramshot True Blue
This is a very fine sphereical powder.  This powder fits very densely into a case.  With some extruded or large stick pistol powders only ~8 grains fills the case completely to the top.  This one, you can go past 11 grains easily.  Its not the most dense powder, but its very close.  This is good and bad.  Its good because if super high velocity with light bullets is your thing, you can fit maximum powder in the case with the small bullet to make this work.  Its bad because you can make a mistake, put too much powder in the case, and cause unsafe pressures.
Ramshot True Blue has low muzzle flash, fireballs do not come out of the barrel.  This is favorable to most.
This powder yields above average accuracy in our vast tests.  One reason is it is very easy to quickly load consistent charge weights without checking each one, due to its ease of metering.
There is a large amount of load data for this powder.  Ramshot even lists +P loads for it.  There is hardly any data available for less than 115 grain bullets, and that is the weakness.  We took guesses and worked up for loads below 115 grain bullets to learn about it.   This is pretty easy since the load data for True Blue and Silhouette are very similar.  True Blue generally uses slightly more powder to get same result as Silhouette.
We find that True Blue is not an "easy" powder to attain in periods of shortages.  We looked weekly, and could not even find 1 lb of it, for literally years.  True Blue is probably the most underrated, underused powder in the world of 9 MM.  It does it all, it has almost no real weakness, and its in the spectrum of medium to low cost choices.

To us?  Ramshot True Blue is simply, easily, one of the best powders for 9MM you can buy in the known Universe.  It can do plinking, it can do accuracy, it can do low charge weight plate shooting, it can do 9 MM Major.

Pretty accurate.  This is just with 3 dot sights on a standard CZP10c fr0om about 7 yards.  All totally sufficient for the combinations.  Remember, this is 7 yards and most every other page is 5 yards, using XD(M) with red dot sight.  So with no dot, these are good groups I would say.  Above average.

Isn't it interesting that the Lehigh 65 grain Xtreme Defender bullet leaves GIANT holes on the target compared to any other 9 MM bullet we have ever shot. AGain this is usign CZ p10c 4" using 3 dot sights that come on the gun @ 7 yards.
More True Blue Loads
As you can see overall compared to everything else, this is slightly above average accuracy, overall.  There are no great margin of human error here, this is using a XD(M) match barrel OSP with Venom 3 MOA red dot from secure rest.  Each shot, the red dot is lined up with gun leveled and within ~.1 inch of same position as last shot.   Remember, this is using brass that has near exact the same internal capacity, same exact primer, and the bullets are even weighed like the brass to be near exact same weight within .04 grains. All testing with all powders and bullets is done this way.
