IMR Target
This is a fast burner powder for 9MM, meant to compete with we would guess, Alliant Bullseye.

Accurate #2 mid
D032 (Cleanshot) right
Conclusion?  D032 way cleaner than both.  However, IMR Target is cleaner than Titegroup, way less sooty.  Notice IMR Target doesn't have all those little sand looking "grit" inside cases and gun?  We think its cleaner in that regard.

Flake powder.  Looks like Alliant Bulleye somewhat.  A lot can fit into a case.  More than you will ever need.  This makes this powder more dangerous if you make a reloading error.

With so many good powders, does this one stand above in the top tier category?  We have just begun.  Check Fast Powder testing summary for more tests to find the winner...  Anyway, you can't go wrong buying this powder for minor, shooting steel, shooting recreationally, or any other purpose for having fun.  It is not, however, the best suited for self defense loads if you want high velocity.
Lets take a look at some of the brass...

First word that comes to mind.  "YES?"  One of the most accurate powders tested overall.  This powder just works.
Seeing that the cases are cleaner than say, Titegroup, the decision is easy.

Medium flash, you can do way better with many powders if flash is a concern to you.
